Just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for the wonderful service received at your kennels.  My 2 Staffies, Charlie and Sophie, stayed just over 2 weeks and they were picked up by our son on Monday.  This was the first time I had ever left my dogs anywhere so I was a bit anxious about it.   I rang a couple of times from NZ to find out how they were doing and I can't tell you how lovely all your girls are.  I felt that they cared about me as well as the dogs!  All the girls are so kind and took the time to tell me how Charlie and Sophie were doing and what they were up to when I called.  I even received a text message one day telling me how much fun they were having with the other dogs and it was just wonderful to receive this.

Thank you so much for everything.  My dogs were happy and healthy when I got home.  I cannot express how much it means to us to have somewhere like Petcare Extraordinaire to leave our dogs.  It means that we can go away with absolutely no worries and enjoy our holidays.  Please pass our gratitude onto your staff - you have a wonderful caring team.  I can tell you that I would never leave my dogs anywhere else.
