• Boarding fees are calculated on a calendar day basis, therefore an overnight booking will be the two calendar days boarding

• All dogs and cats require a current immunization certificate to be sighted by Petcare Extraordinaire staff prior to or on the day of checking in.

The above rates do not include any grooming as this will be charged at agreed rates.

• If the boarding period exceeds two weeks, a minimum of 50% of the total boarding fee is to be paid in advance upon admission.

• Peak period is for all of NSW School Holidays including the Saturday and Sunday prior and after the commencement and conclusion of the designated NSW School holidays and Public Holidays and the related Saturday and Sunday. All bookings for the peak periods will require a non-refundable 50% booking fee. This is non-refundable even if the booking period is shortened.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Discounts for more than one animal of $1 per day off the full rate for each additional boarding animal in the low, standard and peak times will apply for mutliple bookings.

• These rates include

• Daily treats

• Trampoline beds both inside and outside

• Heating and cooling – Air conditioner for small dogs boarding and cattery and coldmist are inclusive 
• Heat pads in insulated boxes for the large dogs is an extra charge, see above)

• Quality food - (Nutrience is our choice)

• Genuine care for your pet

• Care and Pampering by our wonderful staff - Playtime with members of our wonderful team is an extra fee for both groups and individuals
