. Like most businesses, we have had an increasing cost of labour and utilities.  We have no choice but to reluctantly increase our fees. You know that we pride ourselves on the care we provide to your pets and we will continue to maintain our superior care & supervision. We will also keep our extended office hours and check-in and check-out times in comparison to the rest of the pet care industry. Without these increases, we would be unable to provide the dedicated and caring service that you have come to expect from Petcare Extraordinaire. These rate changes will come into effect on July 1st 2023. however anyone who has made a confirmed booking prior to this date we will honour the rates quoted. Thank you for your understanding.
