This past summer added significant cost increases for us due to the extended period we had above-average temperatures. Our power costs have risen and in order to manage the heat, we had to add team members to make sure our boarders remained hydrated and cool.  We have no choice but to reluctantly increase our fees. We will continue to maintain our superior care & supervision We will also keep our extended office hours and check-in and check-out times in comparison to the rest of the pet care industry. Without these increases, we would be unable to provide the dedicated and caring service that you have come to expect from Petcare Extraordinaire. These rate changes will come into effect on April 1st 2020 however anyone who has made a confirmed booking beyond this date we will honour the rates quoted.
