Like most businesses, we have seen increasing labour and utility costs.

 We have no choice but to reluctantly increase our fees. You know that we pride ourselves on the care we provide to your pets, and we will continue to maintain our superior care & supervision.

We will also maintain our extended office hours and check-in and check-out times compared to the rest of the pet care industry.

Without these increases, we would be unable to provide the dedicated and caring service that you have come to expect from Petcare Extraordinaire. These rate changes will come into effect on 1st March 2026. However, for anyone who has made a confirmed booking before this date, we will honour the rates quoted.
