Boarding is charged per calendar day, not per night, whatever time you check in or out. One night — for example, drop-off Friday and pick-up Saturday — counts as two calendar days.

 

These are our rates from 1 March 2026. Standard rates apply Monday to Friday. Peak rates apply on weekends, public holidays and NSW school holidays. Long-stay rates apply from day 29 of a continuous stay through to check-out. All prices are in Australian dollars.

 

Dogs

Includes BARF (a 100% natural raw dog food), premium kibble, comfortable bedding, plenty of exercise, supervised access to stimulating and enriching toys, air-conditioned comfort for small dogs, insulated kennels, a misting system and optional heat pads for big dogs.

• Boarding, per calendar day: $49 standard, $56 peak

• Long stays, from day 29: $43 standard, $45 peak

• Day camp: $40 standard, $45 peak

 

Cats

Includes quality wet food, premium kibble, bedding, a cat tower and scratching post, a private balcony for sunbaking, stimulating and enriching toys and air-conditioned comfort.

• Long stays, from day 29: $33 standard, $35 peak

• Day camp: $30 standard, $34 peak

 

Small animals and birds

Boarding, per calendar day.

• Rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets: $17 standard, $22 peak

• Rats and mice: $12 standard, $15 peak

• Caged birds: $14 standard, $17 peak

• Chooks and ducks: $8 standard, $11 peak

• Other animals: price on application

 

Medication and extras

• Oral medication: $6 per dose, per day

• Individual playtime, extra supervised time, per 15 minutes: $18.50 standard, $22 peak

• Group playtime, supervised by two team members, per 30 minutes: $18.50 standard, $22 peak

• Family playtime, supervised by two team members, per 15 minutes: $18.50 standard, $22 peak

• Heat pad in kennel, big dogs only: $12 per day

• Weekly weigh-in: included with boarding

• Bath before going home: included with long stays

Playtime is included with day camp.
